The IsLastDisplayedAndVisibleInLeftPane property returns whether this column is the last displayed column with a width greater than 0 in the left pane.
IsLastDisplayedAndVisible is the equivalent property for the right pane.
The IsLastDisplayedInLeftPane property returns information about the column in the display order, even if that column has a width of 0. IsLastDisplayedAndVisibleInLeftPane insures that the column also has a width greater than 0.
A column is considered displayed or visible even if it is horizontally scrolled off the control's display area. A column can be scrolled into the display area of the control by using the ColumnClass.ScrollIntoView method.
